Law Offices of Shawn Seliger handles criminal defense matters in Lee, Collier, Charlotte and DeSoto Counties

When a child is accused of a crime, it can be a traumatic experience for the child and family members. Juvenile offenders face different challenges in court than adult offenders. In Florida, juvenile criminal matters are handled by the Circuit Court, not the County Court system. If your child was arrested, he/she will typically be returned to your custody within 21 days of the initial detention. The parents will be notified of the criminal charge(s) facing their child and will be provided a court date when their child should appear. Juvenile convictions may have some lasting implications into adulthood. I would like the chance to become your child’s Southwest Florida Lawyer to immediately start preparing their defense and help protect their future.

Trust the Law Offices of Shawn Seliger to represent your child’s best interests in criminal defense matters.
